About AgDiary

Farm management software built for Australian agriculture.

Our Story

AgDiary was born from the paddock. We saw farmers juggling spreadsheets, notebooks and sticky notes to keep track of their daily operations — and knew there had to be a better way.

Built in Australia, for Australian conditions, AgDiary brings together everything you need to manage your property in one simple platform. From diary entries and livestock tracking to rainfall records, chemical logs, safety compliance and interactive mapping — it’s all here.

What We Do

AgDiary is a comprehensive farm management platform that helps farmers, graziers and agricultural enterprises:

  • Record daily paddock activities, musters, treatments and observations
  • Track livestock mobs, movements and DSE/AE with NLIS support
  • Log rainfall from multiple gauges with weather station integration
  • Map paddocks, infrastructure and overlays with satellite NDVI analysis
  • Manage chemical records, SDS documents and withholding periods
  • Stay on top of safety — incidents, inductions, permits and compliance
  • Track worker hours and export to Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks
  • Generate branded PDF reports across all modules

Our Values

Simple by design

Farm software should be as straightforward as opening a gate. No jargon, no clutter — just the tools you need.

Built for the bush

We understand Australian agriculture — the seasons, the regulations, and the reality of running a property.

Your data, your property

Your farm data stays yours. We never sell or share it. Full exports are always available.

Always improving

We listen to our users and ship updates regularly. AgDiary gets better every week.

Based in North West Queensland

AgDiary is proudly based in North West Queensland — right in the heart of some of Australia’s biggest and most productive cattle country. This isn’t software built in a city office; it’s built where the work happens.

North West QLD is home to vast grazing properties, remote communities and some of the toughest conditions in Australian agriculture. We live and work here, so we understand the challenges first-hand: unreliable connectivity, extreme distances, seasonal variability and the sheer scale of managing land in the outback.

That real-world experience shapes everything we build. AgDiary is designed to work on slow connections, handle large properties with dozens of paddocks, and keep records simple enough to update from a ute or a set of yards. When we say we’re built for the bush, we mean it — because that’s where we are.

100% Australian Owned

AgDiary is proudly Australian owned and operated. Our servers are in Australia, our support team is local, and we’re committed to helping Australian farmers succeed.
